Mat changes are available:

  • No charge if mat is same grade as stock
  • Charge of $5 per mat if higher grade selected

Frame changes are available:

     • No charge if frame is same grade as stock
     • Charge of $5 per frame if higher grade selected

No unframed prints sold

Size:  
     • All art photography shows the overall dimensions, including frame. Security Lock Hardware systems are available

Orders:
Orders can be placed via orders@zartgroup.com or faxed to 1.888.675.4462
Opening order minimum $750.00, no re-order minimum.
Re-orders less than $500 will incur a $25 crating fee.
Order lead times are typically 3-4 weeks (Rushorders may incur additional charges).
All orders are shipped FOB freight collect or prepaid and freight charges added to invoice.
Custom orders require prior coordination and approval.

Please submit completed credit application and a copy of resale / tax-exempt certificate with your first order.

Terms:
Net 30 with approved credit.
New accounts requesting terms must submit Credit Application for approval before orders will be processed.
Credit Card payments are subject to 3% processing fee of invoice total (MC, Visa, Amex, and Discover are all accepted).
Prepayment required for orders to be processed for customers without prior credit approval.
International orders require 50% deposit before order processing and balance paid prior to shipping.


Shipping:
All freight charges will be billed on invoice with exception of freight collect shipments.
All orders will be shipped either via preferred LTL carrier or Co Truck.
We do not ship UPS or Fed-Ex small parcel.
            • Customers must notify Z Art Group if a preferred carrier is desired– otherwise product will ship best way.
Freight quotes are available upon request.
Damaged shipments must be documented on Carrier BOL at time of receipt.

Concealed Damage and/or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
